Delivery Policy
All products on Medaptly are digital. Upon successful payment, access to your digital materials will be delivered instantly via email or made available in your user account dashboard.

Payment Confirmation
Customers will receive payment confirmation by email immediately after the transaction is completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days depending on your card issuing bank.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- You received the wrong digital product.
- The file or product is corrupted or inaccessible.
- The product was not delivered due to a system error.
No refunds are provided once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded unless the above conditions apply.
Cancellation Policy
We do not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties during the cancellation process.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are only allowed if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Once a product has been delivered or accessed, cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure the suitability of the product before completing your purchase.
